The ‘Nourishing Energy Bowl’ is one of our favorite go-to recipes. It is easy to put together, absolutely delicious and contains ingredients that can be found in just about every kitchen.
The energy bowl is filled with superfoods that contain a full spectrum of omega fats, fiber, proteins, and antioxidants. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!
Nourishing Energy Bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic chia seeds
1/2 cut gluten-free rolled oats
2 cups almond/coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup mango/berries/banana/papaya
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
2 tbsp honey/coconut sugar (optional)
1 mason jar
Directions:
1. In a mason jar, add the first 4 ingredients and stir every 30 minutes to make sure ingredients are well combined. For pudding like texture, allow ingredients to sit overnight in the fridge or in freezer for 30 mins to one hour.
2. Pour pudding like mixture into bowl. Top pudding with the remainder of ingredients and serve.
