What is Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a type of energy work that makes use of light touch or hands-off the body and visualization to access the universal life force and restore health. Practitioners, called Reiki Masters, lightly place their hands on areas of energy called chakras, as well as the major organs and glands of the body, in order to balance the energy of the body, mind, and spirit.
Reiki is Japanese for “universal life energy” and underscores the belief that Reiki Masters transfer energy that is universal, rather than personal, during their sessions.

Integrative Energy Therapy
Integrative Energy Therapy® (IET) is a safe, gentle, nurturing way to empower and balance your life by helping you release patterns of the past for good.
Feelings and sensations are stored in the cells of the body much like facts are stored in the cells of the brain. Negative or traumatic experiences, stress, unexpressed emotion, fear, anger, resentment or self-limiting beliefs can become “stuck” (or suppressed) in the body and inhibit or disrupt the flow of vital life force at a cellular level. These energy blockages limit our experience of life and can result in a lack of spontaneity, energy depletion, a feeling of unrest, agitation or dis-ease.
IET uses a unique Cellular Memory Map® to target specific areas in the body where these “cellular memories” are stored, helping to release them on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Emotional Freedom Technique
Is a form of emotional acupuncture that involves tapping fingers rather than piercing needles along the meridian lines. EFT is often used to help people manage their stress, anxieties, phobias, addiction, and compulsions. This technique does not interfere with medications and can be taught to children

Postpartum Healing
Creating a safe space for postpartum women to heal through empathy, compassion, and intuition. Postpartum healing is a gentle way to move through any mental, emotional or physical pain/trauma after a miscarriage, D&C, D&E, irregular menstrual cycle, PMS, hormonal imbalances or after giving birth.
Yoni Steaming
Vaginal steaming–an ancient women’s health practice that involves sitting over warm steaming herbs–is found in many places throughout the world. Current research finds that it is a traditional practice in, at least, 28 countries worldwide. Although steaming varies from place to place it is universally used after giving birth. Most often administered by midwives, the popularity of postpartum steaming isn’t without good reason.
