Banana, Date and Almond Butter Smoothie!

*This creamy,nutty flavored smoothie is packed with fiber, potassium and full of essential fatty acids. One of my favorite blends to kick-start my morning. It tastes so good you won’t believe it’s so nutritious.

Ingredients:
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsps crunchy almond butter
3 Medjool dates
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
4-5 cubes of ice

Directions:
Blend all ingredients till combined.
