Three-Spice Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

So many of our regular aches and discomforts are attributed to inflammation. Incorporating natural anti-inflammatory foods and spices which are found in this smoothie are great ways to reduce pain and inflammation within the body.

Smoothie Recipe:
1 organic banana
2 cups almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
1/4-1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp honey or bee pollen

Makes 2 servings
Add all ingredients in blender until completely combined and puréed.
Best served chilled.
