Ingredients:
1/4 cucumber
4 slices honeydew or 1 green apple
1 carrot
2 Handfuls of spinach
2 Handfuls of kale
1/4 slice of fresh fennel
1/2 inch of ginger
*Optional: Mint and/or lime
Directions:
Juice all of the above ingredients and serve. Juice is best consumed right away.
