Spinach Medley w/ Honeyed Pecans

1 pack organic spinach
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup feta or goat cheese
1 cup pecans

Honey dressing
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Add spinach, sliced strawberries and cheese into a serving bowl. Top with honey glazed pecans.
Whisk together vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Add olive oil slowly to mix, whisking until smooth. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
