Cool Down this Summer with a Tasty Cold Oatmeal!

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 banana, mashed
1 handful of sliced raw almonds
1 handful goji berries
1 handful blueberries
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of himalayan salt
Pinch of ground ginger
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 mason jar

Combine all dry ingredients into the mason jar, then mash banana with your hands and add to jar. Lastly, pour almond milk and stir till all the ingredients have combined. Refrigerate overnight and serve chilled.

Optional: Add more milk in the morning if you desire.
