Boost your immune system with this quick tea as the cold and flu season approaches.

Immune Boosting Tea
2 cups filtered water
1 inch ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 Cinammon stick
3 cloves
1 tsp honey
1/2 lemon Squeezed

Bring 2 cups of water and the first 4 ingredients to a boil. Let the pot simmer for 10-15 mins. Pour into 2 mugs and add 1/4 tsp of honey and a squeeze of a lemon to each.
